Ground Level: Features a recreation room w/classic pool table, love seat, 27" television, vcr/DVD, stereo w/CD, PlayStation, pub table, a wet bar, and a laundry area. There are three bedrooms on the ground level. The first is a Queen with a full bath, the second is a bedroom with Twin beds, and the third has a double Bunk Set. The Twin and Bunkrooms share a bath equipped with a double basin. Pool and hot tub are easily accessible from this level via a sliding glass door.

Middle Level: This level has two King master bedrooms with television and private bath in each, and two Queen bedrooms with television that share a bath equipped with a double basin. The middle level also has a full size bedroom with television. Three bedrooms have private door access to the deck.

Top Level: Features an entire floor of living area that consists of living room with gas fireplace, 32" television, vcr, DVD player and stereo w/surround sound. Two separate dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, and ships watch. Hammock swing, deck chairs, and tables. Enjoy ocean views from the sky deck, as well as breathtaking sunset views over the Currituck Sound. The sky deck is one floor above and is easily accessible from two sliding glass doors. Each deck is connected by a set of stairs and is secured by safety gates on all levels.
