The lower level features a recreation room w/classic pool table, love seat, 27" television, vcr, stereo w/CD, PlayStation, pub table, a wet bar, and a laundry area. There are three bedrooms on the ground level. The first is a Queen with a full bath, the second is a bedroom with Twin beds, and the third has a double Bunk Set. The Twin and Bunkrooms share a bath equipped with a double basin. Pool and hot tub are easily accessible from this level via a sliding glass door.
